If your light is in need of service please contact us using the above link to request an
RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization). Include in your email a brief description of the
problem you are experiencing. After obtaining an RMA#, send your light prepaid freight
and make sure to have the RMA# indelibly marked on the outside of your package. For repairs not
covered under our Warranty Program please include the required payment of $40
or make your payment via our website Click Here.

Most repairs can be covered within these amounts, however a service representative will contact
you before repairs are completed if the cost of repair is greater than the enclosed payment.
Payment includes return ground shipping.
